CLASSES

We are happy to provide you with a full refund for your class booking provided you contact us within 2 days of class starting.

CANCEL YOUR BOOKING

SWITCH TO A DIFFERENT CLASS

If you can’t make it to class, but do not want to cancel, we can also switch you to a different class if there are openings!

We keep our class sizes within a specific attendance range to make sure that classes feel comfortable and are a good learning experience for you or your child.

Classes and workshops may get canceled if the minimum number of students do not sign up within two days of class starting.

If a class is canceled due to insufficient attendance, we will notify you and refund you for the canceled class.

MEMBERSHIPS

If you would no longer like to be a Lyon Road Art Academy Member, you can cancel your Membership. Canceling your Membership will not renew your Membership or any Membership Perks in upcoming months.

If you would like to become a member again after canceling, please sign up through our Membership page.

CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP

If you are not able to use your Membership due to travel or any other reason, we can pause your Membership free of charge.

Pausing your Membership will freeze your Member Perks. You will still have access to your account and any Member-Only content or discounts, but you will not receive your regular monthly Member Spots for classes and Open Studio.

When you pause your Membership, please let us know the date you would like your Membership to unpause!
